 Mark’s love of property investing and business began at an early age. He was encouraged by his entrepreneurial father to work in the family business part time from the age of 12. Mark quickly developed an aptitude for numbers and an understanding that relationships were the key to success in business. Mark bought his first property and his first shares as soon as he was legally allowed to do so and has been an active investor ever since. He has twenty years experience in the financial and property markets in Australia. He has worked for some of the most pre-eminent names in global investment banking including Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan-Chase where he specialized in structuring, pricing and hedging of capital raising solutions for domestic and international clients. In 2000 Mark moved from Sydney to Queensland with his young family to raise his children, as he had been raised, away from the distractions of the big cities. Mark joined forces with a Sunshine Coast builder and began a property development company, which by 2006 was ranked at number two in BRW’s Fast 100 companies in Australia. In establishing PASA Mark brings his extensive knowledge and contacts across a broad range of property and business disciplines to assist his clients to position themselves successfully for investment or divestment strategies. Away from his business interests, Mark is a keen golfer and tennis player and a keen, but tragic, fisherman and surfer. Mark has three children and lives with his partner in Brisbane. |
